Harshad has led Thermarex since 2015 from its first solar dryer installation to its position today as India’s most experienced sludge drying company. With a decade in industrial drying, he has delivered projects across private industry and government bodies alike. He is typically the first on site and the last to sign off commissioning. With 20+ years in process design, Kartik ensures every Thermarex system is not only technically sound but financially viable over its full operating life. He leads feasibility analysis, process flow engineering, and techno-economic evaluation for every major project. Technical Submission
A detailed engineering document — not a brochure — covering system design, material specs, performance guarantees, and timeline. Client sign-off before production begins.
Manufacturing & QC
In-house fabrication at our Surat facility under ISO 9001:2015 protocols. Factory acceptance testing completed before dispatch. Full material traceability maintained throughout.
Installation & Commissioning
We manage civil coordination, equipment erection, piping, electrical, and instrumentation. Handover only after the plant meets agreed performance targets under actual operating conditions.
Post-Commissioning Support
