Harshad Fatehpuria
Harshad has led Thermarex since 2015 from its first solar dryer installation to its position today as one of India’s most experienced sludge drying companies. With a decade in industrial drying, he has delivered projects across private industry and government bodies alike. He is typically the first on site and the last to sign off commissioning. His core belief: no two sludge problems are alike, so no two solutions should be either.
Kartik Fatehpuria
With 20+ years in process design, Kartik ensures every Thermarex system is not only technically sound but financially viable over its full operating life. He leads feasibility analysis, process flow engineering, and techno-economic evaluation for every major project. His whole-system perspective from incoming feedstock to dried output disposal cost is why Thermarex’s ROI projections hold up in the field.

Head of Communications & Regulatory Affairs
Sakshi combines 7 years of professional writing experience with deep knowledge of India’s environmental policy landscape, built through 4 years of civil services preparation covering environmental governance, CPCB frameworks, and regulatory administration. At Thermarex, she leads client communication, content, and regulatory engagement ensuring proposals are as precise as the engineering behind them.
