How Thermarex LLP collects, uses and protects the personal information you share through thermarex.in, our enquiry forms and our other channels.

02What we collect

Enquiry form details

Your name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, company, industry, and details about your sludge (type, approximate quantity, moisture or dry solids) plus any message you write.

Information you send us directly

Contact details and project information you share by email, phone, WhatsApp or LinkedIn.

Basic technical information

What any web server records, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you visit. We use it only to run and secure the website.

No tracking cookies

We do not use advertising or tracking cookies on thermarex.in.

03Why we use it

  • To reply to your enquiry and prepare the designs, proposals and quotations you ask for.
  • To follow up on an enquiry or project you have started with us.
  • To keep records needed for our contracts, accounts and legal obligations.
  • To keep the website working and secure.

We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

04Who we share it with

We share your information only where needed to do the work you asked for:

  • Service providers that run our website, hosting and email, under their own confidentiality and security terms.
  • Technology partners and equipment suppliers, where your project needs their input, and only the project details they need.
  • Authorities, where the law requires it.

05Third-party services

Our website loads fonts from Google Fonts and links to WhatsApp and LinkedIn. When you use those services, their own privacy policies apply.

We use LinkedIn's official API only to publish and manage posts on Thermarex's own LinkedIn page and our founder's profile. We do not collect or store information about other LinkedIn members through it.

06How long we keep it

We keep enquiry and project information for as long as we need it to respond to you, deliver and support a project, and meet legal and accounting requirements. After that we delete it or keep it in a form that no longer identifies you.

07How we protect it

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information, including access controls and secure (HTTPS) connections. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your data and will act promptly if a problem occurs.

08Your rights

Under applicable Indian law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask us to:

  • tell you what personal information we hold about you;
  • correct or update it;
  • delete it, where we no longer need it;
  • stop contacting you.
